User-mapped section open
We have had a couple of users have this issue over the years on
Windows operating systems.
The tasks do not run correctly, lots of problems occur, and
following error is reported in debug log:
The requested operation cannot be performed on a file with a
user-mapped section open
The cause of this issue is when 2 different processes or user
accounts (locally or remotely) access the software.
Possible causes:
1) Antivirus software is scanning the install folder. (i.e.
Automize10 or JaSFTP10 etc..) . You should exclude the install
folder from being scanned by your AV software.
2) Multiple users use the software. Make sure that every user
that uses the software has full permissions to the Automize10,
JaSFTP10, AbleFTP10 or AutoKrypt10 folder.
3) Single or Multiple users using the task runner feature which
allows other programs to run Automize tasks.
