Append all files in folder to one file

User support request
Is it possible to have the software combine all of the files downloading into one destination file (append)?
This would save me from having to do it in a bat file after the fact.
Tech Support
Please do the following:

Directory loop task
Task title = loop
Directory = c:\downloads ( folder containing downloaded files)
filename field = (leave blank to append all files)
task to run = append
option = Run task if file exists

File Variable
task: task title = append
file path = c:\test\test.txt
variable name = $%FILE::LINE::MID::1::10000000::NEST-loop::FilePath-NESTEND%$
Filing options = Append at end of file
Select option: Before inserting variable add line
The destination file cannot be in folder containing downloaded files.
The destination file must exist before the File Variable task is run.
