Monitor a remote SFTP server

User support request:  I need to monitor a remote ftp or sftp server for new files, once detected, I need to download the new files to a local directory, then archive the files on the remote server. When the process has completed successfully, send an email containing the downloaded files with the file names in the body of the message. Thanks for your help!

You would need 3 tasks :

1) SFtp task (create SFTP profile first)
2) Email task (create Email server profile first)
3) Task Sequence Task.  Add the SFTP and email tasks in sequence.

SFTP step options: go to step 100 if exit code = 0. if exit code = 0, means no files are downloaded.  In email task message body, you will have to use SFtp task variables to parse the filenames.   $%TaskTitle::Filenames100%$
