Run task sequence based on email subject

Is there any task to monitor a mailbox base on email subject so that it can run the task sequence?Tech Support
Use the Check Email task as first step in task sequence.Then use a variable monitor task as second step. The variable monitor task should monitor the following variable:
$%check_email_task_title::Subject%$
If variable monitor task criteria passes, then its exit code = –100.
Use this exit code value to conditionally continue onto 3rd step of task sequence or exit the sequence.
