Possible Errors If you get a message saying that hitek8.jar is in use, and cannot be copied, it means that the scheduler engine or user interface is still running. Please Stop the service if you are using it, shut down the scheduler engine from the user interface, and then shut down user interface. Then, try installing the patch again.
