SMTP Authentication
Some SMTP servers require user authentication to send email. This is a good method to prevent unsolicited email relaying and spam.  Please talk with your SMTP server admin, regarding the type of authentication required.  We provide the following forms of authentication:
smtp : sends your username and password information, when the SMTP connection is made.
java : sends your username and password information, when requested by server.
pop : first logs into your pop3 email server, and then sends the email via the SMTP server.
tls : sends your email credentials and message securely using TLS. Example: GMail
ssl : sends your email credentials and message securely using SSL. Example: Yahoo mail
